Turn your Downtown Loft Into a One Bedroom

1. We started by popping the back shower wall out to make room for two people to shower comfortably. With the high ceilings there was enough ventilation to leave 1/2 of the ceiling open so steam can escape.
2. to soften the harshness of the concrete walls, we layed a thin layer of stucco and ragged on some accent.
3. closet converted to a laundry closet with enough room for an office nook by the entry.
4. custom kitchen with granite countertops
