Kitchen Remodel and Fire Place Restoration: Scripps Ranch

A swarm of Bees decided to make a home in this Scripps Ranch chimeny--which made for bad fire one evening. After lighting the fire, the wax heated up and dropped down the chimeny creating a flash of smoke and panic, needless to say, the fireplace went unused for some time. Dispite the smoke stained hearth, the fireplace and chimey were still in good condition, so we just cleaned the wax out, replaced the stucco outside that needed to be removed and gave the living room a little facelift, using similar colored tile to tie in with the new kitchen floor and backsplash.
